PAPUA NEW GUINEA

The Life Centre's primary missions focus is in PNG. Currently The Life Centre oversees and financially supports the official Extension School of RHEMA Bible Training Centre; RHEMA School of Ministry (Papua New Guinea)

We are empowering nationals with the faith inspiring Word of God!
The testimonies are abundant as the students of our PNG School of Ministry (SOM) and School of the Word (SOW) lay a hold of the practical truths concerning their authority in Christ, faith in His Word and understanding our Father God's awesome love for each one of us. They learn vital keys to rightly divide the Word of God and thereby avoid the extreme teachings that pass through the Pacific and often deter many from effective faith.


2009 – This year the 9th annual training school is being held for the third year in a row in Alotou. It commenced in June with 100 students who will graduate in September. Pastor Seth Koigabo is the facilitator of the Alotou school (2001 Graduate).

The power of the Word is spreading to remote areas:
 
Ps. Cornelius & Jennifer Tobing are graduate of the PNG School of Ministry. They are senior pastors of a thriving church in Tent City in Lae. They have also established many rural churches in outlying villages throughout the Morobe Province. They are both lecturers at the School of Ministry. Through their ministry they have seen hundred's of salvations and many outstanding miracles with the blind receiving their sight and the deaf & crippled being healed. There are always plenty of wonderful testimonies as signs and wonders follow the preaching of the Word! We are so encouraged by the regular reports we receive of God's hand at work through the many graduates in the nation! 








DISCIPLES OF MERCY

The Life Centre children’s ministry support a Kenyan orphan girl called Judith. Judith is looked after by Disciples of Mercy, Kenya. The money they send to Judith clothes and feeds her & her family as well as sends her to school.

Disciples of Mercy are rapidly expanding their influence all over Africa. They run an AFCM International School of Ministry into several prisons (and many more prisons are opening up for them). They have a school, a special needs centre for children, a medical centre, a programme for widows (to earn themselves money – there is no social security in Africa) and over 80% of the graduates from their bible college, are now in full-time ministry, many having planted their own churches in remote villages.


YOUTH WITH A MISSION

Melissa is a full-time missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). Melissa has a desire to take the uncompromised Word of God to the nations. Currently Melissa is working with the Hawaii based YWAM in a film and media school that has a desire to impact and influence the people behind the big screens in Hollywood.
