Pastors Nigel and Margaret Darch are the founding senior pastors at The Life Centre.

Pastor Nigel Darch graduated from two years of ministry training at Rhema Bible Training Centre in Perth, Western Australia, in December 1985. He was fully involvement in his Perth Church with a 2000 strong membership in a lay capacity for his first 7 years of ministry, in youth, outreach, missions as well as developing his teaching and Pastoral gift. It was here he first met Margaret in 1987.

Nigel joined the Geraldton RHEMA affiliate church to run the youth ministry and assisted in the church for 2 years when he was married to Margaret in 1990. The Lord led them to take up an assistant pastoral role in Brisbane Queensland in early 1992, which they held for the next 3 and a half years.

Upon the commencement of a new RHEMA Bible Training Centre and Rhema Bible Church on the Gold Coast, Queensland in mid 1995, Nigel accepted a position as an instructor in the college and pastoral duties as the ministry grew.

In 2003 Nigel & Margaret were impressed to step out and commence 'The Life Centre' as well as continue his work in overseas training centres for national workers that have flourished in the past 6 years particularly in Papua New Guinea.

Nigel ministers God's Word in a practical, uplifting style that is easily applied to bring victorious Christian living to the hearers.

Margaret graduated from RBTC in 1997, She gives enthusiastic assistance and support in all they are called and directed to do as Pastors together. She currently heads up the worship, along with overseeing most of the Supportive role/Helps ministry. She also helps keep TLC fresh and inspiring.
 

Nigel & Margaret are Ordained Ministers through the Association of Faith Churches and Ministries (AFCM). They consider Rev. Jim & Jan Newton the leaders of AFCM in Australia their Pastors and are accountable to them spiritually. Accountable to The Life Centre Board financially and legally.
